Livonia, MI – The Michigan Bariatric Institute at St. Mary Mercy Hospital is hosting a Plus-Size Clothing Sale for the community on Saturday, May 5, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the hospital’s South Lobby. Many post-operative bariatric patients will be selling their gently used, plus-sized clothing. There will be a variety of reasonably priced choices of clothing for women (sizes 14-32) and men (sizes 40-60, and up to 5XL).
The Michigan Bariatric Institute offers three options for Bariatric weight loss surgery, performed at
St. Mary Mercy Hospital by board certified surgeons, including laparoscopic gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy and adjustable gastric banding. Bariatric surgery is a laparoscopic surgical approach to treating obesity, resulting in minimal pain, less scarring, shorter hospitalization and recovery time.
